How it Works
1. Initial Consultation
Following an initial consultation with your selling team, we employ a proven and proprietary methodology to research your customer. As part of this process, we may request additional notes from your selling team, based on any prior research and interactions.
When our research is complete (we aim for a 1-3 business day turnaround time), we will schedule a workshop with your sales team and/or customer stakeholders to review our findings and arrive at a mutual understanding of your customer's strategy.
2. POV Wireframe
After the meeting, we will produce your strategic Point of View wireframe and a customer co-branded presentation template for your exclusive use.
You will receive:
- a Point of View wireframe that aligns your value proposition with your customer's strategy
- recommended talking points relative to the Point of View
- a 60-minute messaging consultation to plan your next steps with the customer
- a customer-centric and branded presentation template, created in your choice of PowerPoint or Google Slides
